Brzoza Software ran projects in six separate tools: tasks in one, hours in a spreadsheet, passwords in a messenger, contracts on a drive. Management could not see the whole picture, and a new hire needed a week to learn where everything lived.
We built one platform in Laravel 12 and Vue 3 with nine modules: Kanban boards with live updates, a calendar, time tracking, a lead funnel, a knowledge base, a credentials vault, documents, an AI module and backups. Vault passwords are encrypted with a separate key, and every view and copy is written to a log. Access is governed by 136 permissions combined into roles. Leads collected by an AI assistant enter the funnel on their own, with a push notification to the phone, and database backups run automatically every three hours.
The system runs in production in Docker containers, the whole team uses it, and the interface is in Polish, English and Ukrainian.
