The challenge

From 2026, B2B invoices in Poland go through KSeF, and a small company must also keep VAT registers, JPK files and ZUS contributions. We wanted one tool that handles all of it without an accountant at every step.

The solution

Biurko issues FA(3) invoices (eleven kinds of documents, including corrections and proformas), sends them to KSeF online and in batches, fetches purchase invoices and handles UPO, certificates and connections. An AI model reads documents: an uploaded file becomes a filled-in invoice form, while VAT registers, JPK and ZUS are prepared from the company's data. A built-in MCP server with 174 tools lets AI assistants work with the company's data, and destructive operations require confirmation.

The outcome

The product runs in production at biurko.io, is developed through regular releases with a public changelog and has an interface in Polish, English and Ukrainian.
